PC Deck プライバシーポリシー

PC Deck（スマホ側のアプリ）と PC Deck Agent（パソコン側の常駐ソフト）における、情報の取り扱いについてご案内します。英語版（English）はこのページの後半にあります。

1. 事業者情報

PC Deck および PC Deck Agent（以下あわせて「本ソフト」）は、株式会社幸庵（以下「当社」）が開発・提供しています。所在地・連絡先は運営者情報をご覧ください。

2. 収集・送信するデータ

本ソフトは、利用者のデータを当社や第三者のサーバーへ送信しません。アカウントの登録も、利用状況の分析（アナリティクス）も、広告もありません。

3. パソコンの中に保存される情報

PC Deck Agent は、動作のために次の情報を利用者のパソコンの中だけに保存します（Windows のインストーラー版は %LOCALAPPDATA%\GesturePad、Microsoft Store 版はアプリ専用のフォルダー、Mac は ~/Library/Application Support/GesturePad）。

  • ペアリングした端末の名前と、その端末を見分けるための認証用の値（トークンのハッシュ）、ペアリングした日時・最後に使った日時
  • 利用者が付けたそのパソコンの表示名
  • 動作の記録（ログ）: 起動・終了、接続してきた端末のネットワーク上のアドレス、エラーなど
  • 暗号化通信（HTTPS）用に本ソフトが自分で作る証明書

Microsoft Store 版では、アンインストールするとこれらも一緒に削除されます。インストーラー版と Mac 版では残るので、消したい場合は上記のフォルダーを削除してください。

スマホ側の PC Deck は、接続先のパソコンの名前とアドレス、ペアリングで受け取った認証用の値、画面の配置などの設定をスマホの中だけに保存します。

4. ネットワーク上の通信

本ソフトは、パソコンが接続しているローカルネットワーク（同じ Wi‑Fi など）の中だけで通信します。スマホからの操作（マウス・キーボード・アプリの切り替えなど）は、ペアリング済みの端末からのものだけを受け付け、パソコンの中で実行します。同じネットワークのほかの PC Deck Agent を見つけるための短い通知も、ローカルネットワークの中だけです。インターネット上のサーバーとは通信しません。

例外として、スマホ側で日本語の漢字変換を使うとき、入力中の読みがな（変換したい文字列）だけを、パソコン経由で Google 日本語入力の変換サービスへ送ります（変換の候補を受け取るため）。これはキーボードの設定で「パソコンの IME を使う」に切り替えると送られなくなります。

5. ブラウザー連携

パソコン側に PC Deck の拡張機能を入れた場合、開いているブラウザーのタブの題名・URL・縮小画像を、ペアリング済みのスマホに表示するためにパソコンの中で中継します。これらも外部に送信されません。

6. 入力の送信について

スマホで入力した文字やマウスの動きは、ローカルネットワーク内でのみパソコンへ届き、パソコンで入力として実行されます。当社がその内容を受け取ることはありません。

7. 第三者への提供

当社は、本ソフトの利用に関して取得する個人情報がないため、第三者への提供もありません。

8. 変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで公表します。

PC Deck Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PC Deck (the phone app) and PC Deck Agent (the companion program on the PC), together the "Software", are developed and provided by KOUAN, K.K. ("we"), Yokohama, Japan. See company information (Japanese).

2. Data collection and transmission

The Software does not send any user data to our servers or to third parties. There is no account, no analytics and no advertising.

3. Information stored on the PC

To work, PC Deck Agent stores the following only on the user's PC (Windows installer build: %LOCALAPPDATA%\GesturePad; Microsoft Store build: the app's own folder; Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/GesturePad):

  • the names of paired devices, a hashed authentication value used to recognise each of them, and when they were paired and last used
  • the display name the user gives the PC
  • an activity log: start and stop, the local network addresses of connecting devices, errors
  • a self-signed certificate the Software creates for encrypted (HTTPS) connections

The Microsoft Store build removes this data when the app is uninstalled. The installer build and the Mac build leave it in place; delete the folder above to remove it. The PC Deck phone app keeps the names and addresses of the PCs it connects to, the authentication values received when pairing, and layout settings only on the phone.

4. Network communication

The Software communicates only within the local network the PC is connected to (for example the same Wi‑Fi). Commands from phones (mouse, keyboard, app switching and so on) are accepted only from paired devices and are executed on the PC. The short announcements used to find other PC Deck Agents also stay on the local network. The Software does not talk to servers on the internet, with one exception: when Japanese kana-to-kanji conversion is used on the phone, only the text being converted is sent through the PC to Google's Japanese input conversion service to obtain candidates. This can be turned off by choosing the PC's own IME in the keyboard settings.

5. Browser integration

With the optional PC Deck browser extension installed on the PC, the titles, URLs and thumbnails of open browser tabs are relayed inside the PC to paired phones so they can be shown there. They are not sent anywhere else.

6. Input

Text typed and pointer movements made on the phone travel only within the local network to the PC, where they are performed as input. We never receive this content.

7. Sharing with third parties

We obtain no personal information through the Software, so nothing is shared with third parties.
